: Big Goal

4 v 4 Big and Small goal game

• One Pitch Organiser on the side line
• Goalkeeper can kick or roll the ball out
• The players either dribble or kick the ball into play
• Every time the ball goes out of play, the players kick the ball back into play
• At half time switch ends

General rules

• Pitch 40 x 20 yards depending if it is 4v4, 5v5 or 6v6
• Play time 10 min
• Plenty of balls
• Kids referee themselves
• If there are more than eight players available try to fit in the other players e.g. 5v5 or 5v6
• Keep the score visible to the children e.g. put up a cone on their side every time they score a goal
• Pitch Organisers must be enthusiastic and not criticise the children, remember it is their game

Alternative

• More goals (three small goals on one line and 1 big and 2 small ones on the other line)
• Only Cones on one line and a big goal on the other one
